In short
- We collect only what we need: name, surname, phone and bid history.
- Only the shop where you won sees your number.
- We don't collect card details and don't sell data.
- You can delete your account at any time.
1. Who processes the data
Data is processed by the operator of OnlineAjurd.am, [operator name], email: [email], in line with the Armenian Law on Personal Data Protection.
2. What we collect
Buyers: first and last name, phone number, messenger identifier (Telegram or WhatsApp), history of bids, wins and no-shows.
Shops: name, contact person, phone number, address, website or social media page.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, login time.
We don't collect bank card or passport details.
3. Why we use it
to create your account and confirm your phone number,
to run auctions and create the winner's voucher,
to send notifications: outbid, auction ended, you won,
to calculate ratings and prevent fraud, for example spotting fake bids.
4. Who sees your data
Other bidders: only a partly hidden version of your name, e.g. A***n.
The shop where you won: your name and phone number, only for that deal.
If you sell as a private person: the winner of your lot sees your full name and phone number, and you see theirs, only for that deal. Everyone else sees only your masked name, city and district.
Telegram, WhatsApp: only to send confirmation codes and notifications.
Google, Yandex: visit statistics without your name or phone number, and only if you allow analytics cookies.
We don't sell or share your data for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while the account is active. Deal history is kept for 3 years to settle possible disputes. After you delete your account, data is removed within 30 days, except the minimum needed to prevent fraud.
6. Your rights
You can get a copy of your data, correct it, ask for it to be deleted and withdraw your consent.
You can delete your account under My page → Settings or by writing to us.
7. Cookies
We use necessary cookies to keep you logged in and for security. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) only with your consent. We don't use advertising cookies. The full list and how to change your choice are in the Cookie policy.
